3.1 To access any8 Services, you must complete the registration process and create a Member Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) any8 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your any8 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. any8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 any8 may require Members to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or increasing account limits. Verification may include submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.1 All transactions on the any8 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). any8 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and debit card, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
4.2 any8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. any8 reserves the right to reject deposits and return funds where this condition is not met.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. any8 aims to process eligible withdrawal requests to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost within five (5) minutes and FPX bank transfers within the same business day, but these timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.
4.4 any8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting documentary evidence of winnings or the source of deposited funds, where this is required under anti-money laundering obligations or responsible gaming policy.
4.5 any8 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees, for which any8 is not responsible.
5.1 All bets placed on the any8 Sportsbook and all wagers made in the any8 Casino and slots products are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are available within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
5.2 Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the any8 system, it may not be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn except where an explicit cash-out option is made available and exercised by the Member before settlement.
5.3 any8 reserves the right to void any bet or wager — and to withhold or reclaim associated winnings — where any8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet or wager was placed in violation of these Terms, in exploitation of a system error, or as part of a fraudulent scheme.
5.4 In the event of a technical failure affecting a game round or betting market, any8 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly. Unresolved rounds will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account balance.
5.5 any8's decision on all matters relating to bet and wager settlement is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.
6.1 any8 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms when accepted by the Member.
6.2 any8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where any8 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is abusing promotional terms, using multiple accounts, or engaging in collusive play.
6.3 Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
6.4 Unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms, bonuses are limited to one per Member, household, IP address, and shared payment method.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any8 shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
9.3 any8's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
